Katie Rushton | What We’re Wearing: Home For the Holidays
Describe your style: casual + comfortable + neutral
Best travel tip: always pack a pair of comfy shoes
Go to hostess gift: bottle of wine
Fave holiday dish: deviled eggs
We typically don’t travel for the holidays, so I take the opportunity to truly unplug. And I live in comfy lounge wear, like this Spanx set, for the most part!
Half Zip Pullover {Plus Sizing} | Wide Leg Pants {Petite, Plus, & Tall Sizing}
A neutral sneaker is my go-to with both lounge wear and a casual jeans outfit!
I love this tote bag! The color is on point for the season, and the size is perfect for throwing ALL THE THINGS into when running around for the holidays.
I love the idea of adding a fun faux fur jacket to the mix this time of year. I can easily add this to a simple top + jeans look, and I’m ready to go for a fun night out!
Because I am a Birkenstocks gal, I don’t have a problem adding yet another pair to my Christmas list! I love being able to slip right into a shoe (with almost any look) and head out the door.
I don’t necessarily need sunnies as much this time of year, but I still love wearing them. They just complete the look. I am loving this style right now!
Hydrating lip balm for winter? Yes, please! I typically always have a lip balm of some kind in my bag at all times, and I love that this one has a pop of color to it!
Katey Preston | What We’re Wearing: Home For the Holidays
Describe your style: classic neutrals with the perfect finishing touches
Best travel tip: build a travel capsule
Go to hostess gift: festive hand soap and luxurious candle
Fave holiday dish: the fudge and sugar cookies my Mom used to make… love making them with my kids each year
A chef friend once told me “you need a wardrobe of aprons when you love to entertain”. She was exactly right!
There is nothing more essential for the holidays than a cozy slipper!
A casual piece like this sweater makes those holiday errands fun and festive. It would also be so cute paired with jeans or even a jogger while finishing your wrapping and watching Christmas movies.
A metallic pump is a much needed accessory all fall and winter long!
These darted palazzo pants come in ivory and black… They’re both in my cart!
Darted Palazzo Pants {Petite Sizing}
I love the idea of a full taffeta-like skirt for the holidays – it’s so versatile. I have the black, gold, and green versions and have been eyeing this red one to add to my collection!
I love an ivory sweater all winter long, but this cozy and chunky version is perfect for the holidays paired with just about anything.
This dress is gorgeous, and not just for the holidays. It would be so pretty for a family photo as well!
Lace Maxi Dress {Extended Sizing}
It’s a great idea to keep a few festive earrings in your arsenal to dress up any look and make you holiday ready!
Dana Latreille | What We’re Wearing: Home For the Holidays
Describe your style: leather, layers, fur
Best travel tip: always roll your clothing….less wrinkles
Go to hostess gift: macaroons from Laudree
Fave holiday dish: rosemary roasted potatoes
I still like to look stylish while lounging at home. I love the barrel leg on this set. It gives a cool twist on an otherwise simple lounge set.
Rib Detail Hoodie | Barrel Leg Sweatpants
A wide leg denim in a dark wash is a staple for me since it can be dressed up or down. Pair it with heels and a fun blouse for a holiday dinner.
Dark Wash Fray Hem Wide Leg Denim
A comfy yet stylish sneaker is essential for when you’re doing your Christmas shopping.
My go-to for keeping my lips hydrated during the winter months.
I am not a slipper girl, but I do love a cozy sock. These Barefoot Dreams are my favorite.
