What To Wear For Ski-Après
We thought we would do something a little fun and different for you guys today! Ski season is in full swing… So it’s the perfect time to talk about what to wear for ski-après, a very hot topic in the style world.
Ski-après style is for what some might say is the best part of skiing… The social stuff! A delicious lunch and some warm hot cocoa mid-day to refuel for more skiing…. Or even better, a cocktail and appetizers at the lodge to finish off a glorious day on the slopes. You can even embrace ski-après style if you aren’t skiing… But instead are just meeting up with friends who have been!
In the past few years, our favorite brands and retailers have jumped on the ski-après bandwagon. We see them incorporating fun pieces into their lines for those wanting to look stylish coming straight off the slopes. Today, our stylists are sharing some fantastic looks for ski-après!

The key to pulling off an ski-après look is having the right pieces when the jacket comes off in the ski lodge. Love this chunky sweater paired under the lightweight bootcut snow pants, topped with the cutest hat for the perfect look!

Ski-après should be an easy transition from the slopes to the lodge. Keep your outer layers stylish and layer simple pieces underneath like a cashmere sweater. Swap your ski or snow board boots for a stylish winter boot, and you’ll be ready for drinks by the fireplace.

When it comes to après-ski style, staying warm while looking effortlessly chic is key. I pulled together a look that’s perfect for meeting friends slope-side. The look features a sleek Veronica Beard leggings jumpsuit layered under an oversized sweatshirt for cozy comfort. A fabulous black down jacket from Varley adds both warmth and sophistication… While chunky black Loeffler Randall boots keep things functional and stylish. Top it off with cool black sunglasses and a playful ivory “ski” beanie — it’s winter activewear that blends practicality with polish, making it ideal for post-slope drinks.
