With Fall (quickly!) creeping up on us, we wanted to put together a couple of posts and highlight some of our favorite fall fashion trends for the upcoming season. This is the first of a few posts, so make sure and follow along.
The Pant Suit
The pant suit is not just for a woman working in the corporate world these days. We call this look a power look, and it is currently one of our favorites. Pair your suit with a pair of heels or go for a more laid back look with oxfords. Another reason we love the pant suit is because it is extremely versatile by splitting either the jacket or pants up. Wear the jacket with a pair of skinny jeans to shake things up.

Oversized Sweaters
Cozy cardigans are on our Fall must haves list. Layer them over a tee or a favorite summer dress. Oversized sweaters are especially comfortable but you can still dress them up with a pair of heels or booties. We suggest investing in a couple of quality sweaters in basic colors such as black, gray or camel, but don’t be afraid to make your sweater the statement piece of your outfit with a fun print.

Flares
Flare leg jeans have made a come back this fall, and we love them! Not sure how to wear flares? Check back with us in the next couple of weeks for a great “how to wear” post specific to flares. One important note now…..wearing flare jeans with a great heel or a fall appropriate wedge is a great way to elongate your legs.

Wide Leg Trousers
Yes, these babies are back. High-waisted and wide legged. These pants are great for work, running errands, or an evening out. They are breathable, comfortable and of course come in all kinds of colors and even prints.
