Spring and Summer Dresses
We love dresses all year round, but there is just something about the release of the spring and summer dresses that makes us so happy! And we are all particularly excited this year after a year of mostly staying at home and dressing very casually…. It has been so fun to see our clients shopping with excitement and joy for occasions and trips again – to that end, we wanted to share some fabulous dresses that our stylists are currently eyeing. Ladies, it’s time to refresh that spring and summer wardrobe!
Katie’s Favorite Spring and Summer Dresses
This isn’t a dress I would normally wear, but I’m so drawn to its’ gorgeous pops of color. A perfect dress for all of the spring and summer functions that we all have coming up!
Rainbow Stripe Midi Dress (Regular & Petite)
This piece is actually a vest, BUT I bought it before my recent trip to the beach to wear as a dress, and I LOVE it! I paired it with a simple slide sandal, a fun hat, and some gold jewelry, and it was such a fun look!
I am loving this wrap dress for spring! The white is so crisp, and it’s so versatile. Dress it up with a fun heel and amped up accessories, or dress it down a bit with a slide sandal and a denim jacket layered over top!
Katey Preston’s Dress Picks
A great option for any of the summer holidays!
Jersey Stripe Dress (Regular, Petite, Plus Size & Long)
Trust me, this picture does not do this dress justice! So gorgeous with either a flat gold sandal or a nude block heel sandal…
Target for the absolute win here…. You can imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon this the other day while looking for a client! The perfect dress for a summer wedding!
Draped One Shoulder Sheath Dress (Regular & Plus Size)
Jenny’s Spring and Summer Dress Picks
The bright blue on this dress is beautiful and can honestly be treated as a neutral. I would add a punch of pink or turquoise in my earrings and would wear this with a chunky braided flat or sneakers.
Eyelet Mini Dress (Regular, Petite & Plus Size)
Farm Rio is another great designer for one of a kind colorful dresses. They always add a fun touch to their pieces – my favorite being their beaded tassel, and this dress has two of them! I would wear this dress to a more elevated casual event and pair it with either espadrilles or a fun wrap sandal.
Celia B has to be one of my favorite designers when it comes to unique and colorful dresses. Her attention to detail and mixing of patterns is truly one of a kind. This dress would be beautiful for a Summer wedding, anniversary, or even a date night. Pair it back with a gold heel or even a natural raffia heel to tone it down for a less dressier event.
