Nothing says Thanksgiving like cool and crisp air, the gorgeous landscape of changing leaves, and red wine by the fire…. And what better place to enjoy those wonderful things than in the mountains? If you are lucky enough to be spending Thanksgiving in the mountains this year – we are jealous! Our stylists Emily Goodin and Katey Preston are each sharing two looks for Thanksgiving Day in the mountains, and we are excited to share a couple of petite, plus size, and tall looks with y’all as well!
What to Wear for Thanksgiving in the Mountains
Love this super comfy and casual look that has Emily written all over it! Chic but practical, the combination of this fun flannel button down with flared denim is just perfect for Thanksgiving Day in the mountains. Add simple (but gorgeous) stud earrings, and warm and waterproof boots to complete the look!
This sheer blouse in emerald green that Emily has selected is just so pretty. Emily is pairing it with black denim, *super* fabulous velvet bow flats, and simple gold and CZ stud earrings. The perfect dressy casual look for the mountains!
Katey’s Thanksgiving in the Mountains Looks
All of the details in this look that Katey put together are spot on! Love this combination of the ruffled turtleneck poncho and olive velvet jeans! Amp it up with some snakeskin loafers (or notched suede booties if you want some added height). Then for some fun accessories! Big sparkly statement earrings, and a western hat with grosgrain trim are perfect for extra warmth and style.
A cashmere turtleneck dress, showstopper over the knee suede boots, and statement geometric earrings…. Leave it to Katey to put together such a beautifully classic dressy casual Thanksgiving look!
