New Affordable, Stylish Clothing Line
This one is for all of you Fabletics and Kate Hudson fans…. Or actually anyone that likes affordable stylish clothing. Kate Hudson recently launched her new online clothing line, Happy x Nature. Happy x Nature is a line that focuses on affordable, stylish pieces that minimizes the impact on non-renewable resources. Kate Hudson says about her clothing line, “We need to start changing the way that we look at affordable clothing and how we make it, and that’s our entire goal. We want to make really cute clothes…. {and} over 50% of our brand is eco-friendly, which is a very challenging thing to do.”
The company promises to explore all options for eco-responsible solutions. For example, Happy x Nature strives to make a difference through the fabrics they use. Cotton voiles, laundered cottons, and cotton flax are mixed with organic and recycled fabrics. They also utilize Repreve®, made of recycled plastic bottle yarns – found in their skinny jeans for example. Additionally, there is no throw-away paper on their fashion – they use eco-friendly fabric tags and no plastic, and their shipping bags are bio-degradable and will decompose in just 12 to 18 months.
