Summer Sandals…Under $50 and $100
Summer = sandals, plain and simple. Today, we are sharing some of our favorite summer sandals with y’all…. We simply couldn’t narrow it down to just five, so we decided to break it up into two groups: under $50 and under $100. You can absolutely find well made, fashionable, and comfortable sandals for under $50! But there are also just some of our tried and true all-time favorites that are a bit more expensive, and we just had to share them with you.
Favorite Summer Sandals…Under $50
Number Five – Target for the win! These woven straw wedges are a summer staple for your closet and literally go with everything given their natural color! They also come in black if you are needing a pair of black wedges for your summer wardrobe, and they retail for $34.99.
Number Four – Steve Madden’s Dina sandal comes in many different color ways (and even a beautiful snakeskin depending on the retailer). We are showing the tan leather color way on Nordstrom because we always recommend that our clients have a tan leather sandal in their summer arsenal. These sandals are classic and so sweet on, not to mention very comfortable! Just a great pair of sandals you can reach for over and over on an everyday basis! These basic summer sandals retail for $59.95, but they are currently on sale for $35.96.
Number Three – And Target once again for the total win! Target’s A New Day taupe block heel sandals are the perfect pair of neutral heeled sandals to have in your closet for when you need an elevated look for late spring, summer, and early fall (also come in champagne and a super fun cork for summer). This happens to be Nashville stylist Katey Preston’s signature summer heeled sandal look. This style also comes in a lower block heel as well (they happen to be sold out right now, but are also a staple at Target year over year and will be restocked)! These summer sandals retail for $29.99.
Arizona Waterproof Slide Sandal | Gizeh Waterproof Slide Sandal
Number Two – Did y’all know that Birkenstock makes a waterproof sandal? There are two different styles to choose from, both modeled after the classic Birkenstock Arizona and Gizeh leather styles. PERFECT for running around town, walking the dog, standing around the pool, or lugging the kids and all of their stuff to the beach. Both of these waterproof slide sandals retail for $44.95.
Number One – We have had our eyes on this absolutely fabulous animal print wedge for quite a while now – and it’s finally on sale for $35 (regularly $89.95)! We are just loving the concept of a good animal print sandal this summer as a fun neutral to pair with all of our summer things (including florals – pattern on pattern, yes please!). This wedge is the perfect piece to experiment with using animal print as an everyday neutral…. Trust us, give it a try, and you will be surprised at how much a shoe like this goes with in your closet!
Favorite Sandals Under $100
Rounded Block Heel Slide Sandal
Number Five – We are just loving the trend of clear sandals right now! These block heels by Dolce Vita are SO fabulous. Again, a perfect neutral to have in your closet that goes with every single summertime look you own and perfect for when you are packing for a trip, because you only need to bring the one pair of heels with you! This fun summer sandal retails for $89.90. Sidenote: this beautiful pair of sandals does come in countless other fabulous color ways, which are all included on this link!
Number Four – There is a reason that Sam Edelman makes this slide sandal every year…. It looks great on the foot and is easy to wear! We are showing the animal print, because again, it’s so fabulous to mix into your summer looks…. BUT, this sandal does come in so many other fun colors, a beautiful neutral metallic, and a snakeskin. Basically, the options are endless on color choices, and you won’t stop wearing them all summer long! This summer sandal retails for $84.99. We may or may not have several different color ways in our own closets.
Number Three – The Steve Madden Brenda might literally be the perfect casual wedge sandal. It is comfortable (like can walk miles in it), but yet looks dressy and on point! It comes in this pretty taupe, rose gold, white, gold snake, leopard, and black, depending on the retailer, and it’s currently on sale for $53.96 at Nordstrom. Again, another sandal that we may or may not own several colors of!
Number Two – It is truly hard to verbalize how fabulous these clear studded slides by Jessica Simpson are. They are comfortable. They go with everything, and they can withstand getting wet by the pool. Plus, they are just oh so pretty! There are also several other fabulous color ways – white leather, tan leather, and snakeskin, and they retail for $69.
Number One – This studded ankle wrap sandal is gorgeous, plain and simple. In terms of “bang for your buck”, this one wins. It retails for $79.95. We are showing the snakeskin, but it also comes in clear, yellow, white, and tan. We really love this one so much, and kind of want it in every color way!
