Early Fall Look

Fall, fall….where art thou? Anyone else as ready as we are to break out our blazers and sweaters and fall layers? At least we are starting to see some cooler mornings finally. As wonderful as those are, those up and down weather days are hard to dress for, am I right? It’s cool in the mornings, so you need a jacket or layer of some kind when you leave the house. But then around lunch time, the sun has heated the day up so much that if you are still wearing your jacket, you are probably sweating a little (or a lot).

Although, these days are definitely hard to work with when it comes to planning out our daily wardrobe, one thing stands true. A lightweight layering piece of some kind is key during this time of year. Our stylist, Jenny Grubb, is sporting the perfect early fall look for this transitional season. Lightweight blazer. Check! Good fitting black pant. Check! Fun pop of animal print shoe. Check!

If you aren’t sure where to even start when it comes to getting dressed on these odd weather days, use Jenny’s look as a resource! This is the perfect look for the office or just for running around town. Swap out the black pants for a pair of black jeans or dark jeans if you prefer denim. And if you’ve already put all of your sandals away, try a leopard print heel or loafer to make the look even more fall-ish looking. And of course, as always, don’t hesitate to reach out to us if one of our stylists can ever help get you ready for the new season and/or just point you in the right direction!
