The Teddy Coat

The teddy coat trend – it just makes us feel cozy, on trend, and well fabulous! Teddy coats are the “it” thing right now and come in just about every style, color, and pattern imaginable. Cropped, long, oversized, structured….bomber, trucker, cardi coat, pea coat, car coat. Traditional cognac, black, or winter white, animal print, plaid, colorblock… Y’all get the drift! You can literally find every style of jacket known in a teddy coat – and that’s because it is a super versatile piece for the winter and your upcoming holiday plans and parties.

Oversized, mid-length, and zippered, this coat is more on the casual side and would be perfect for joggers or denim and sneakers or booties. Katey has paired it with her favorite wide leg jeans, a blouse, and a beautiful cross body bag from Madewell. If you are looking for a more classic and tailored look, we love this shorter, structured one by BB Dakota that comes in camel, charcoal, and ivory. This coat can be dressed down with joggers or denim, or up with a skirt or dress. It could even top off a glam look for a holiday party!
