Katie is our resident expert on bodysuits. She knows the best options well, and certainly knows how to rock one herself. This is one of her favorites – and our clients have been loving it as well! This bodysuit has wide straps, which makes it a great piece not only for layering, but also for wearing alone with a great pair of jeans, a fun skirt, or a pair of dressier pants. We found this satin mockneck tank when we were in Chicago shopping the Nordstrom sale. It’s actually part of a matching set (you can see the satin slip skirt here). We loved it SO much that we added it to our NSale Capsule Collection for fall. SO many of you have purchased this piece. And for good reason! There are countless ways to wear this tank – wear it with the matching skirt, with shorts, with cutoffs or jeans, with a skirt, with black slacks…. We shared this printed satin blazer in our blog post talking about styling blazers for fall. The satin material combined with its geometric print makes this blazer fun and different. We love how lightweight this blazer is… It’s perfect for this time of year when the mornings are cool but the afternoons are warm. The colors are just gorgeous… And it is only $80! No wonder you guys went crazy for it!
A Few Favorite Sweaters
We spotted this crewneck sweater in Chicago this summer at the Nordstrom sale and just really fell in love with it. We have shared it a few times since then. So many of our followers snapped this up last month as they began to think about their fall closets. We don’t always share investment pieces, but sometimes when the piece is just right, we do! This sweater falls into that category for sure. Though it’s pricey, it is high quality and a piece you will reach for over and over through the fall and winter, making it worth the money! Extended and plus sizing on this one!
Katie found this half zip sweater at JCrew when she was doing a little shopping for her recent trip to California. We shared it on Instagram and Like To Know It, and SO many of you scooped it up! This piece also comes in mustard, navy, and a beautiful evergreen (green is this season’s color!). This piece comes in extended and plus sizes too! We shared this turtleneck sweater tank in a blog post last month highlighting some of our favorite Anthropologie pieces for fall. Anthro had this piece last fall, and we were so excited to see that they released it again this season. There are several colorway options for this piece that are perfect for fall. And petite and plus sizing is also an option!
Favorite Accessories From September
Katie shared this rainbow stone necklace as her pick of the week several months ago and ended up receiving it as a gift for her birthday from our team :). Katie is the master necklace stacker… And was wanting a piece to add a bit of color to her gold necklace stacks. She has had it on in a lot of our recent photos, and you guys have just loved it! This necklace actually comes in about a dozen color combinations – and Anthro has some really fun new options for fall as well!
And last but most certainly not least…. Talk about a shoe crush. These retro sneakers from our Fall Capsule became an immediate favorite. And we totally understand, because they are amazing. They are going fast, so we included three different links for you guys!
