With Labor Day behind us, it’s officially a new season. Fall is here you guys! Now, if it would just cool off a bit… It is literally 96 degrees as I sit and type this here in Nashville! Anyhow, a new season means a new capsule wardrobe. We have been working behind the scenes to prepare this capsule for you guys. We are SO excited to be sharing our Fall Capsule Wardrobe with you!
What Is A Capsule?
For those of you that are new here, we do want to explain what a capsule wardrobe is. A capsule wardrobe is a small collection of timeless clothing pieces that are complementary in color and work together to create countless looks for a season. Whenever it makes sense, the pieces in a capsule are meant to carry you through the changing seasons. For example, we utilize a white button-up shirt year round. The pieces are also meant to carry you year over year as much as possible. For example, we enjoy a classic leather jacket for many fall and winter seasons to come.
Capsule pieces are not only worn through different seasons and year over year, but they are also versatile pieces that can be worn in many different ways. Because of this, capsule pieces are pieces that generally justify an investment. That said, we are always very intentional on the prices of the pieces we present to you. We are constantly looking for versatile, high quality pieces that don’t break the bank. In other words, it isn’t always necessary to spend a lot to get a high quality piece. We are super proud to say that our capsules reflect that!
What goes into a capsule wardrobe of course can depend on the user’s lifestyle. But regardless of whether the user is mostly casual or mostly professional or somewhere in between, the capsule’s purpose is to see her through all of her varying activities in a typical week… Whether that be work meetings, running errands, a fun trip, volunteering at school, lunch with friends, sitting at the ball field, or date night. This specific Fall Capsule Wardrobe was designed with a busy, relatively casual lifestyle in mind.

With that, let us introduce you to our Fall Capsule Wardrobe. This capsule came together so nicely – we are loving the color palette here! As per usual, there are a handful of investment pieces in this capsule, but for the most part, we tried to choose pieces that are not only timeless and quality, but affordable. This capsule has us dreaming of those brilliant fall days we all love so much… Cooler mornings and evenings, beautiful changing leaves, and lots of sunshine shining through…. Oh fall, how we love you!
