Earlier this week we shared a post on here where we chatted matching sets and we shared a few of our favorite short and pant sets. We are continuing that conversation today, as there are still a few fun matching set options that we didn’t cover. Matching skirt and dress sets are also everywhere in stores right now! And today we are sharing a few of our favorites with you guys!
Matching Skirt and Dress Sets
Midi Dress Set (Regular, Petite & Plus Size)
This is a look we are seeing more and more – a dress with a top layered over it. We love how the back of the shirt is open to highlight the dress underneath. And of course, you can wear the dress without the shirt over the top, or the shirt with other bottoms! This set comes in a bunch of fun colors – and in petite and plus sizes!
This puff skirt set is absolutely adorable. Hurry though, not many sizes left!
Ditsy Floral Blouse | Matching Skirt
This pink floral blouse and tiered skirt set is so sweet. And these pieces would be SO easy to separate to create completely different looks. Love the idea of this blouse with white jeans, and this skirt paired with a simple t-shirt and flip flops for a casual look!
The lines on this set are so classic and beautiful!
Draped Blouse | Draped Midi Skirt
Even though a fair amount of midriff is showing on the model, keep in mind that the skirt on this linen set can be pulled up higher on the waist so as to not bare the midriff if you prefer (and if we had to guess, this model is pretty tall)! Only a medium is left in the skirt, but we loved the set so much, we just had to go ahead and show it. Choose to be notified when your size is back – they restock quickly at Zara (when we wrote this yesterday, it was showing all sizes sold out)!
This cropped sweater tank and midi skirt set would be a great cover-up, or so fun for an evening walk on the beach to your favorite restaurant by the water….

I love all the trends and great ideas shared. They would ALL be great on my 27 year old gorgeous daughter…..please consider offering the same trends and current fresh looks for the 50+ crowd. We dont want to dress like a Talbots model but I see too many ridiculous moms trying to be their daugthers OR not having great suggestions for at the very least “decade” appropriate dressing. Remember we are ALL not Christie Brinkley …..
